Modern Filipino Homes

M
odern Filipino homes are influenced by the Western and European styles. They are usually designed with multiple windows to keep it cool throughout the year because of a long summer season. The engineers are architects are Filipinos who often have studied abroad and apply their designs here in the Philippines. There are a lot of well-known developers like Camella, Ayala Lands who are expanding throughout different provinces making homes that are affordable for middle class Filipinos. These homes can be availed through housing loans from the banks or government agencies like PAGIBIG. This makes payment plans easier for the working class. Owning a home in the Philippines is easy but buyers must take into consideration the location, environment and a lot more factors. As a tip, it is most important to check if the area is flood free, safe environment and eco-friendly.

Here in Iloilo City Philippines, villages like Savannah is located in Pavia, Iloilo. It's one of the largest subdivision in the city. The houses ranges from bungalow types to two stories. These villages are provided with complete amenities and club houses. It's a flood free area and is accessible to the city proper. Now, Camella opened their townhouse called Lessandra. Location is also near Savannah. This is built as low cost houses ideal for the Filipinos families with low income who cannot afford to own highly priced houses. The price ranges from 600 to 700 thousand. This is where I bought my new home. Very affordable. You may try to visit Camella office or call a realty agent for information.
